摘要
本文介绍用双模振荡对石英晶体振荡器进行温度补偿。这一方法摒弃了用传统的热敏电阻作为温度传感器,而是根据石英晶体振荡器的频率与温度间的关系对石英晶体的温度进行度量,并且利用数字方法进行频率校正。实验证明,在很宽的温度变化范围内其补偿精度—频率稳定度可达2×10^(-7)。
This paper describes how to apply the dual mode of vibration to the temperature compensation of quartz crystal oscillator, Instead of using the conventional thermal resistor for the temperature sensor. The temperature of the quartz crystal is measured accordiag to the relation between the frequ-ency of quartz crystal oscillator and the temperature, and the digital method is adoptedto make frequency correction. Experiments show that in a very wide range of temperature changes the compensation precision (the frequency stability) can reach 2×10~7
