摘要
介绍了某灵巧弹引信用双波段红外光学系统的设计,叙述了结构参数的选择,给出了设计结果,并对光学系统的性能进行了测试,针对弹载光学系统的特点,采取一些措施满足系统的要求。该系统具有结构简单,体积小,轴外像差小,象面照度均匀的特点。在空气炮上系统进行了180 0 0g过载试验,满足了系统总体的要求,已用在试验样机上。
The design of a dual-color infrared optical system for use on smart ammunitions was introduced. The selections of optical system parameters and optical system structure were given, together with the aimed objectives of the dual-color infrared optical system. Characteristics of the optical system were tested. Many unique means were adopted to meet the specific requirements in missile-borne systems. The optical system has the advantages of simplicity, compactness, small off-axis aberrations and evenness of illumination on the image plane. An overloading of 18000g has been tested on a simulation air artillery. Measurement results prove that the device can reach the requirements of mounting on smart ammunitions, and it has been testified as prototypes.
