摘要
采用特征线法对广东省惠州深能源丰达电厂取水工程进行了水锤计算。因工程采用的是弹性模量较小的玻璃钢夹砂钢管,且管线末端安装的水处理的螺旋混合器消磨了部分水锤能量,故管道中水锤压力较小,但管线两端负压较大。计算表明在管道上设置三个单向调压塔能起到较好的负压防护效果。
The water hammer in water intake project of Fengda electric power plant is calculated by themethod of characteristic line. As the GRP sand inclusion steel pipes with low elastic modulus are adopted, andthe water treatment mixing screw set at the end of pipeline wears down a part of water hammer energy, so getlow positive water hammer pressure in the water supply system. But high negative pressure is likely to happenat the both ends of the pipeline in case of a serious pump-stopping water hammer. The results show that it iseffective to prevent the negative water hammer pressure by setting three one-way surge tanks in pipeline.
