摘要
为提高产品测试数据的精度,以FHE40-160-40电泵在两个均符合GB/T3216的C级精度的测试台测得的数据为例,分析了导致测试结果存在偏差的原因。提出三相电源的不对称是影响测试结果的主要因素。另外,测量仪表的精度,接线方式等均影响测试结果。
In order to improve the precision of the product test, the test data of FHE40-160-40 typeelectric pump is taken for example, which tested in two test beds that match with the precision of GB/T 3216 Cgrade respectively, and the reason of result deviation is analyzed. The main influent factor of the test result ispointed out to be the asymmetric of three-phase power; in addition, the precision of the test instrument, themode of line connection etc. are also the influent factors.
