摘要
某机组运行2×104h时因汽轮机轴承出现故障,多次启停后导致锅炉四级过热器下弯头处相继发生爆管。从材料特性、化学水质、锅炉运行等多专业角度进行综合分析,确定了爆管及导致氧化皮脱落的根本原因。四级过热器弯头部件的爆管形式是典型的超温引起的长期过热(蠕变)爆管。提出了严格控制和减少锅炉设备启停次数、严格执行锅炉降温操作及在停炉12h以后再打开炉门的措施建议。
Since shafting bearing faults occurred to a generating unit after running for 20, 000 hours, the lower bents of the quaternary superheater burst in succession after start and stop for several times. Professional and comprehensive analyses on material characteristics, water quality and boiler operation etc. revealed the basic reason of bent burst and oxide layer exfoliation. The bent burst can be classified as a typical creep rupture caused by long-term over-temperature/overheat. Measures like strictly limiting and reducing frequency of boiler start and stop, strictly carrying on stipulations on boiler cooling operation, and opening fire door after boiler stop for 12 hours are suggested.
