计算机在火电厂中的应用范围越来越广,导致了实时数据库的产生和应用,也由此产生了厂级监控信息系统(SIS)的概念。从SIS结构特征看,它的输入来自分散控制系统(DCS),输出仅是运行结果的显示,而其功能还在不断发展,因此说SIS是“开环”系统。由于SIS的这种特征,目前没有必要讨论什么是SIS、什么功能应属于SIS、SIS平台怎样搭建等。应完善实时数据库的功能,使其应用更方便、灵活和广泛;在SIS硬件平台结构建设方面,应由用户根据自己的情况来决定选择方案;在SIS产品功能块建设方面,应充分听取用户的经验与要求,甚至将用户吸收到SIS项目开发中来,共同开发建设SIS,使SIS的应用能真正提高火电厂安全、经济运行水平。

The increasingly wide use of computer in power plants results in the generation and application of real-time database and the concept of SIS as well. From the point of structure features, SIS is an open-loop system, that is, the input of SIS comes from DCS, and output is to display the operation results. For this, there is no need to discuss the definition, function or construction of SIS platform. On the contrary, it is significant to modify and perfect the function of real-time database so as to make the application more smart and extensive. As to the development of SIS function modules, it is flexible for users to develop their own systems in line with the specific requirement. The function of SIS is object-oriented, taking the experience and requirements of customers into consideration. As a result, the level of safety and economic operation in power plant can be improved to a great deal for the application of SIS.
