摘要
针对膜面培养方法可以方便地模拟红曲霉固态发酵过程,在实验获得红曲霉生长规律的前提下,研究了界面面积等条件对菌体生长和产物生成的影响。红曲霉生长量与固体培养基量成正相关,不同的表面积对于莫那可林K(MonacolinK)的积累亦有影响;采用间隔一定时间更换培养基的方法可以较大幅度提高菌体量和MonacolinK产量。
According to the method of the interface culture, which can simulate the solid-fermentation of Monascus conveniently, the influence of different conditions such as interface area etc. is studied on the growth and production of Monascus on the premise of acquiring the regulation of Monascus’ growth by experiment. The result indicates that the production is positive correlation to the solid culture medium, different area of medium affects the accumulation of Monacolin K and replacing the culture medium can greatly improve the production of biomass and Monacolin K.
