金银花中绿原酸的体外抑菌和抗氧化性的研究 被引量:61

摘要 用紫外光谱法(UV)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对金银花中提取的绿原酸进行定性定量分析,测定了绿原酸对食品中常见的致病菌的抑菌能力,清除DPPH·自由基的能力和对Fe3+的还原能力。结果表明:金银花中绿原酸具有较强的抑菌效果,对自由基有较强的清除能力,对Fe3+有较强的还原能力。 Quantative and qualitative analysis of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicera were developed by UVand HPLC. Detect the bacteriostatic action against pathogenic bacteria in diets , the capacity of eliminating DPPH· and deoxidizing Fe^3+. The results suggested that chlorogenic acid has a strong antibacterial action, a superior capacity of eliminating DPPH· and deoxidizing Fe^3+.
