长柱形水力旋流器筛分纸浆纤维的唯象方程

摘要 有实验研究表明,分流比和进料量是影响低浓度纸浆纤维在长柱形水力旋流器内筛分效果的重要操作参数。本文提出一种六参数唯象方程,以现有实验数据为基础,对方程参数进行了估计,对预测结果进行了验证分析,结果表明,提出的唯象方程对所研究的问题是适用的。以此方程为基础,可实现对操作参数的优化,并对综合筛分模型的构建有一定的参考价值。 The experimental results show that the split ratio and feed rate are two important operational parameters for the pulp fiber fractionation with cylindrical hydrocyclone.However, the effective theoretical model is not available. The author suggested a phenomenological equation with six parameters. The equation parameters were estimated according to the experimental data. The agreement between the experimental data available and the predicted results confirms the credibility of the proposed phenomenological equation. Based on this equation, the optimum operational parameters and the further synthetic fractionation model may be obtained.
