组织微阵列在生物制药研发中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 组织芯片(tissuechips)又称组织微阵列(TMA)是近几年发展起来的新技术,它是将数十至上千个小组织整齐地排放在一张载玻片上而制成的组织切片。一个芯片蜡块的连续切片可同时用作免疫组化、荧光原位分子杂交、多彩FISH、mRNA原位分子杂交等方法的分析,使基因DNA、mRNA和蛋白质同时在不同分子水平表达和原位分析成为可能。它具有体积小、信息量大、快速平行、高效等诸多优点。本文结合组织芯片的特点和用途,对其在生物制药研发中的运用进行了初步探索。
