炉渣吸附餐饮油烟的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了餐饮油烟污染现状及炉渣材料,自行设计炉渣吸附装置,先在小型模拟装置中分别对床层高为2×10-2m、3×10-2m、4×10-2m、5×10-2m、6×10-2m炉渣的做油烟吸附试验,试验结果表明:3×10-2m高床层的炉渣吸附性能较好.然后固定床层高为3×10-2m,作炉渣吸附性能试验,实验结果表明,净化效率在60%~85%,床层阻力不超过250Pa.再做炉渣油烟的扩大型模拟实验,结果表明,炉渣的净化效率在40%~55%之间波动,且阻力较大,最大超过1000Pa.但因炉渣是一种固体废弃物,价廉易得,利用炉渣开发复合型油烟净化设备是今后油烟治理技术的发展方向之一. <Abstrcat> The current status of the cooking oil fume pollution and the coal-burning slag material were introduced. The coal-burning slags adsorption plant was designed to adsorb the cooking oil fume. The experiment was carried out among the coal-burning slags which were filled with 2×10^(-2)m, 3×10^(-2)m, 4×10^(-2)m, 5×10^(-2)m, 6×10^(-2)m respectively. The experimental results showed that the 3×10^(-2)m is better. Then the simulated experiment was carried out, the result indicated the efficiency is about 60%~85% and the resistance is no more than 250Pa. Then, the enlarged experiment indicated the purified efficiency is fluctuate during the 40%~55%, the resistance rises fast. However, the coal-burning slags are the cheap and easy attained adsorbents. Developing multiplex cooking oil fume purification equipment is one of the orientations in the future.
