Study on Wenzhou’s Urbanization

本文分析了温州城市化发展中存在的主要问题,并从完善城镇规划管理体制、调整行政区划、改革行政和财税体制、调整产业结构、统筹城乡发展、理顺城市管理体制、完善社会保障制度等方面提出了加快温州城市化发展的对策和建议。

This paper analyses the main problems of Wenzhou’s urbanization. In this article, we have also put forward some countermeasures and proposals to speed up the urbanization of Wenzhou such as improving the city planning managerial system, readjusting the administrative divisions, reforming the administrative and financial system, readjusting the industrial structure, balancing the development between urban and rural areas, straightening the city managerial system, and perfecting the social security system etc..
