城市社区建设是经济社会转型的必然产物,是建设现代文明城市的一项基础工程。衡阳市作为内陆欠发达地区,其城市社区建设在短短三年时间中取得了许多成功经验和成绩,但与发达地区比较,还存在较大差距。总结经验,理顺思路,寻找对策,走出适合市情的社区发展路子。
