摘要 褐藻糖胶是一种硫酸多糖,近年来因其具有多种生物活性而倍受关注。本文就褐藻糖胶的抗血栓、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、调节血脂、抗病毒、抗辐射和抑制补体激活等药理作用及其作用机制进行综述。 Fucoidan, which is a polysaccharide sulfate, has attracted much a tt ention for its multiple biological activities. This review summarized its pharm acological activities and related mechanism such as antithrombotic, antitumor, a ntioxidation, hypolipide, antivirus, antiradiation and anti-activation of compl ement.
