针对鞍钢2#酸洗生产线上的开卷器卷筒的结构,分析了卷筒组合加工的特点、加工步骤、应采取的工艺措施以及应注意的问题。
Regarding to the structure of the peeler mandrel on the 2# pickling line in Anshan Steel, this article has analyzed the characteristic of the peeler mandrel unitized machining and its machining procedures, as well as the process measures and issues that shall be attention to.
