摘要
轧钢厂输出齿轮轴在工作过程中发生齿部断裂,严重影响了正常的生产工作。本文介绍了通过采用低倍分析、硬度测定及金相组织检测等手段,对齿轮轴齿部断裂原因进行的分析结果。
Due to the fracture of the gear shaft during the operation in the rolling mill, this article has described the fracture analysis at the teeth area of the gear shaft by means of macro analysis , hardness testing and the metallographic structure detecting.
