摘要
在设计机械产品时,阶梯轴是一种很常见的支承形式。由于这类轴具有较小的长径比,因此,在分析它的振动时,采用铁木辛柯梁理论比欧拉梁理论更为合适。利用弹性波理论,分析了波在阶梯轴中传播时的反射及透射系数,并通过一个简单的算例,研究了弯曲波在阶梯轴中的传播规律,对轴类结构的振动控制或损伤识别具有一定的参考价值。
Stepped shaft is often adopted in mechanical design.Because of the smaller ratio of slenderness,the theory of Timoshenko beam is more suitable than Bernoulli-Euler beam's for analysis of the dynamic behavior of stepped shaft.In this paper,by means of elastic wave theory,the matrix of reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient are derived when wave propagates in stepped shaft.And the laws of wave propagating in shaft are analyzed though a simple numerical example.It is believed that these laws are meaningful for vibration control and damage identification of the stepped shaft.
