摘要
研制了一种基于激光高速摄影技术分析发动机燃烧过程的动态可视化装置.它主要由光学发动机、光路系统、数据采集和信号同步控制系统及其它辅助系统组成.与同类装置相比,具有结构简单、成像清晰、分辨率高、操作方便的优点,实现了系统的同步启动与关闭,特别适于燃烧室形状和位置不同的发动机燃烧过程分析.试验结果表明,应用该装置可深入分析和研究发动机的喷雾、燃烧过程,这对寻求降低燃油消耗率、改善排放性能的新方法具有重要意义.
<Abstrcat>The combustion process dynamic visualization facility of the engine is based on the technology of laser high-speed photography. The facility is mainly composed of optical-engine, light-path system, data collection and signal synchronization control system. Compared with the congeneric facility, its advantages include simple structure, clear imaging, high resolution and convenient operation, thus realizing the synchronization of system's start-up and turn-off. It is especially suitable for the analysis of the combustion process of the engine in combustion chambers with various shapes and positions. Test results indicate that the application of this facility can help further analyze and study the spray and combustion processes of the engine, which are of great significance in exploring new methods to reduce the consumption of fuel, and improve the exhaust emissions as well.
