中药关节Ⅲ号方治疗家兔膝骨关节炎实验研究

Experimental study on Traditional Chinese Medicine(Recipe NO.3 of Joint) in treating osteoarthritis of Rabbit's Knee

通过切断籽骨韧带、腓侧副韧带和切除前外侧半月板复制出兔膝骨关节炎的模型。用中药关节Ⅲ号方治疗后，检测家兔血液中睾酮（简称Ｔ）及雌二醇（简称Ｅ２），软骨中的纤溶酶（简称ＰＬ）及纤溶酶原激活物（简称ＰＡ）。结果是关节Ⅲ号方通过抑制滑膜炎症，抑制了ＰＡ，ＰＬ的活性，且有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对Ｔ及Ｅ２没有作用（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本方还能抑制关节软骨中性金属蛋白酶（简称ＮＭＰＥ）的激活，从而有延缓关节软骨退变的作用。

Using the Colombo-E proceduce,which adapted involves section of the fibular collateral and sesamod ligaments and partial lateral meniscectomy.OA was induced in rabbits.The levels of PA and plasmin in the OA cartilage were found to significantly elevated(P<0.01).the pathologic change in this model has been shown similar to this of human OA.The degree of synovitis.was analysed,the activity of PA and plasmin and the content of T,E,were detected after the treatment.The results indicated the degree of synovitis and levels of PA and plasmin of NO.3 prescripition of Joint group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.01).Both groups were not significantly differential on T and E2(P> 0.05).Zhuang Gu Guan Jie Pills have significantly effects on increased T and decreased E2(P<0.01).Recipe NO.3 of Joint by inhibiting the activiting of plasmin and activation of NMPE in the cartilage exerted the effect of retardation of articular cartilage degeneration.
