一品红叶片再生不定芽的研究

The Study on Adventitious Buds Regeneration of the Leaves of Euphorbia Pulcherrima Willd

利用一品红叶片作为外植体,通过体外实验培养的方法,进行组织培养与再生,研究不同培养基配比对一品红不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明,诱导叶片再生不定芽的最佳培养基为MS+ZT1.0mg.L-1(以下单位相同)+NAA0.1;只有细胞分裂素和生长素的浓度比适当时,才有利于不定芽的分化。

The leaves of Euphorbia pulcherrima willd were as explants planted on the media to study the influence of the different culture media to the differentiation rate of the adventitious buds.The result that the best medium to the adaventitious buds was MS+ZT1.0+NAA0.1and the differentiation of the advcntitous buds must be at the proportion of the auxin to cytokini.
