肾上腺偶发囊肿的诊断和治疗(附6例报告)

Diagnosis and management of adrenal accidental cyst (report of 6 cases)

目的提高对肾上腺偶发囊肿的诊断和治疗水平.方法回顾性总结1990年1月-2003年10月医院收治的6例肾上腺偶发囊肿病人的临床资料.结果 6例病人均为体检中发现,其中4例B超、2例CT检查诊断为肾上腺偶发囊肿,4例行开放手术,2例行后腹腔镜手术治疗,随访5例囊肿无复发.结论肾上腺偶发囊肿临床少见,诊断主要靠B超和CT,需注意:与周围器官的占位性病变鉴别;区别囊肿的良恶性;鉴别囊肿有无内分泌功能.手术是肾上腺囊肿治疗的主要方法,腹腔镜下手术值得推荐应用.

[Objective]To study the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal accidental cyst(AAC). Six cases with AAC from January 1990 to October 2003 were reviewed. All patients were diagnosis by ultrasound and CT scanning (4 by ultrasound, 2 by CT scanning). 4 cases were treated under open surgery and 2 patients under retrolaparoscopic resection. 5 patients were follow up and no sign of relapse. [Conclusions] AAC is uncommon tumor and are major diagnosised by ultrasound and CT scanning, which should be distinguished as follow; neighbor space-occuplied tumor; malignant or benign tumor; endocrine functional or nonfunctional tumor. Surgery is the first choice for treatment of ACC and laparoscopic resection is recommended.
