超声刀和LigaSure在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中的联合应用

Laparoscopic approach for colorectal surgery using ultracision and LigaSure

目的探讨超声刀和LigaSure联合应用在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中的价值。方法运用超声刀结合LigaSure行腹腔镜结直肠癌手术32例,其中结肠癌手术15例,直肠癌手术17例。均在全麻下实施腹腔镜手术。结果32例手术均获得成功,手术平均160～210min,平均出血80～250mL。淋巴结清扫平均个数11.5～18.0枚。无并发症,恶性肿瘤术后病理证实均为腺癌,上下切线无癌组织残留。结论超声刀和LigaSure在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中联合应用,可明显减少术中、术后出血,缩短手术时间,降低手术费用,并可达到开腹手术一样的根治效果。

[Objective]To explore the value of ultracision and LigaSure in laparoscopic colorectal surgery. Thirty-two patients with colorectal cancer were performed laparoscopic resection using ultracision and LigaSure in which fifteen were colon cancer, seventeen were rectum cancer. Laparoscopic resection was performed successfully in all patients. The mean operation time was 160～210 minutes, average bleeding volume was 80～250ml and average amount lymph nodes were 11.5～18.0. There was no complication after operation and was no tumor cell residual at top and bottom line. [Conclusion] The laparoscopic approach to colorectal surgery using ultracision and LigaSure lead to significantly less blood loss, lower costs and less operating time. It is as adequate as the conventional approach.
