输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石治疗急诊输尿管结石

Treatment of emergency ureteral calculi by ureterscope and pneumatic lithotripter

目的探讨应用输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石治疗急诊输尿管结石的疗效。方法总结应用输尿管镜技术诊断及治疗76例急诊输尿管结石患者的临床资料。结果腔内治疗成功69例,经输尿管镜诊断为输尿管结石18例,穿孔2例,输尿管镜未能置入5例。结论输尿管镜用于急诊输尿管结石的诊治是有效和安全的。

[Objective]To study the efficacy of ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripter for emergency ureteral calculi. From Oct. 1998 to Oct.2002, 76 cases of emergency ureteral calculi were diagnose and treated by ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripter. Among 76 cases, 69 cases calculi were fragmented on one session, 18 cases of ureteral calculi were accurately diagnosed by ureteroscope, 2 cases occurred ureter perforation and 5 cases failed to put the ureteroscope into the ureter. [Conclusions] Diagnosis and treatment of the emergency ureteral calculi by the use of ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripter is effective and safe.
