经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生(附63例报告) 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切治疗前列腺增生的安全性及有效性。方法采用Gyrus等离子切割系统的内鞘(21F),耻骨上膀胱穿刺造瘘,低压生理盐水冲洗,并采用Gyrus专用电极,其默认功率为PK3160W,DES80W,对63例前列腺增生患者进行电切治疗,并对其术前、术中及术后的一系列生理生化指标记录分析。结果平均切除前列腺重19.5g,平均手术53.4min,平均冲洗液24653mL,IPSS术前平均28.6,术后平均4.1,QOL术前平均5.1,术后平均1.2,残余尿量术前平均160.3mL,术后平均30.9mL。(P<0.01)。结论Gyrus等离子切割设备具有安全性高、疗效好、可延长手术时间,尤其适于初学者。 [Objective]To explore the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of the prostate with PlasmaKinetic energy. 63 patients with symptomatic BPH were treated by PKVP, which beside Gyrus PlasmaKinetic resectoscope obturator (F21), suprapubic cystostomy, low pressure irrigatior, and Gyrus PlasmaKinetic resectoscope instrument (at PK3 160 W, PES 80 W). To make an analysis of their physiologic and biochemical indexes of preoperative intraoperative and postoperalive. The average prostate weight was 19.5 g. The duration of procedure was 53.4 min. The average irrigation liquid was 24 653 mL. The IPSS decreased from 28.6 to 4.1 while the QOL from 5.1 to 1.2. The PRV decreased from 160.3 mL to 30.9 mL (P<0.01). [Conclusions] The gyrus plasmakinetic generatior is safty and efficacy, It can put off operational time and especially be suitable for the new learner.
