膀胱癌病人血清和尿液中bFGF表达水平的检测 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测膀胱癌病人的血清和尿液中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法检测36例膀胱癌病人术前和术后1周及14例健康对照者的血清及尿液中bFGF表达水平。结果膀胱癌病人血清和尿液中bFGF水平分别为(8.7±3.3)pg/mL、(4.1±2.0)pg/mL,均分别显著高于正常对照者的(4.6±1.8)pg/mL、(1.9±0.6)pg/mL,P<0.01。膀胱癌病人术后血清和尿液中bFGF水平均显著低于术前。膀胱癌病人术前血清和尿液中bFGF水平均与肿瘤病理分级、分期和复发之间密切相关。结论膀胱癌病人的血清和尿液中bFGF水平显著升高,且可能是膀胱癌诊断和生物学行为评价有价值的标记。 [Objective]Objectives] To examine expressions of serum and urine basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in bladder cancer, and to evaluate their clinical significance. [Methods] The expressions of serum and urine bFGF were measured by ELISA in 36 cases with bladder cancer and 14 cases with healthy control. [Results] The expressions of serum and urine bFGF in patients with bladder cancer were (8.7±3.3) pg/mL, (4.1±2.0) pg/mL, which were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (4.6±1.8) pg/mL, (1.9±0.6) pg/mL, respectively. The expressions of serum and urine bFGF in patients with bladder cancer significantly decreased one week after operation. There were close associations between the expressions of serum and urine bFGF and tumor grade, stage and recurrence, respectively. [Conclusions] Higher expressions of serum and urine bFGF are found in bladder cancer , and may be valueable markers for tumor diagnosis and evaluation of biological behaviors.
