摘要
目的探讨口腔黏膜下纤维性变的发病机制。方法体外培养口腔黏膜下纤维性变患者和正常人口腔黏膜成纤维细胞,并用不同浓度的槟榔提取液进行干预,用MTT法检测FB的增殖状况。结果槟榔提取物在高于1×103ng/mL时对口腔黏膜FB的生长有抑制作用;体外培养的正常人FB与口腔黏膜下纤维性变患者FB的增殖能力没有显著差异。结论OSF的发病可能并非槟榔对FB的直接作用。
[Objective]To explore the etiology of oral submucous fibrosis. Fibroblasts were isolated from the buccal mucosa of patients with OSF and matched normal people, cultured,and then stimulated with aqueous areca nut extract. The effect of AANE on fibroblasts proliferation was tested by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay. There was no significant difference between the proliferation of NOR-FB and OSF-FB. Aqueous areca nut extract at concentration of 103 ug/mL and higher inhibited the proliferation of oral fibroblasts in a concentration-dependent manner. [Conclusion] Areca nut may not affect the proliferation of fibroblasts directly to induce the pathogenesis of OSF.
