盐酸倍他司汀序贯治疗反复性眩晕症88例临床观察

Clinical observation of sequential betahistine hydrochloride method on 88 repetitive dizziness cases

目的观察盐酸倍他司汀序贯治疗眩晕症的临床疗效及安全性。方法把175例反复性眩晕病例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予盐酸倍他司汀氯化钠注射液20mg静脉点滴,每天1次;眩晕症状明显减轻后即改为倍他司汀(西淇汀)口服,每次20mg,每天2次。对照组给予氢溴酸山莨菪碱注射液20mg加入5%GS250mL静脉滴注,每天1次。两组病例均给予胞二磷胆碱0.5g加入5%GS250mL静脉滴注,每天1次,并同时口服脑益嗪片及VitB6各2粒,Tid。连用1、2周为一疗程,所有病例疗程结束均随访半年。结果治疗组完成观察病例88例,治疗总有效率为94.31%,治愈率达34.09%,与对照组比较差异有显著性,且未发观有明显毒副作用。结论盐酸倍他司汀是目前治疗眩晕症高效、安全的药物,尤其是对反复发作性眩晕予盐酸倍他司汀序贯治疗是最为经济、简便的治疗方法。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect and safety of sequential Betahistine Hydrochloride ( BH) method on dizziness. 175 repetitive dizziness cases were randomly divided into therapy group and comparison group. Therapy group took 20 mg Betahistine Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection (BHSCI) with intravenous drip once a day, and then took 20 mg BH pill twice a day after apparent relief of dizziness. Comparison group took 20 mg Anisodamine Injection (AI) and 250 mL 5% GS with intravenous drip once a day. Both groups took 0.5 g Citicoline Injection (CI) and 250 mL 5% GS with intravenous drip once a day, meanwhile, taking Cinnarizine Tablets (CT) and VitB6 each 2 pills. The treatment sustained for 1 to 2 weeks. All the cases were followed for visit in half a year after treatment. 88 observational cases of therapy group finished. The overall therapy effective rate was 94.31%, recovery rate was 34.09%. Comparing with comparison group, therapy group had obvious advantage and find no apparent toxic side-effect. [Conclusion] BH is the efficient and safe medicine on dizziness at present. Expecially sequential Betahistine Hydrochloride method is the most economic and easy way on repetitive dizziness.
