Internal fixation with anatomic plate in treatment of comminuted trochanteric fracture

目的探讨解剖型钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆部粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析15例股骨粗隆部粉碎性骨折经开放复位解剖型钢板内固定治疗的临床资料。结果随访5￣18个月,全部于2.5￣6个月获得骨性愈合,无髋内翻,内固定失败等发生,疗效评定优良率93.3%。结论解剖型钢板内固定是治疗股骨粗隆部粉碎性骨折的理想方法。

[Objective]To explore the treatment of comminuted trochanteric fracture with anatomic plate. The clinical experiences and effects were retrospected and summarized in 15 patients with comminuted trochanteric fracture who all had open reduction and internal fixation with anatomic plate. The follow-up ranged from 4~18 months. All of the fractures healed up within 2.5~6 months. There were no hip varus, no failure of internal fixation. The rate of excellent and good results was 93.3% of the patients. [Conclusion] Treating the comminuted trochanteric fracture with anatomic plate is an ideal method.
