腰椎间盘突出症的系列疗法（附255例分析）

A System of progressive Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion──A Report of 255 Cases

自１９８７年２月至１９９２年１２月，作者采用系列疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症２５５例。结果：中西医结合综合疗法１９７例；其中硬封＋手法组优良率７１．４２％；骨盆牵引＋硬封＋手法组优良率９１．２５％。手术疗法５８例优良率９３．１０％。作者认为骨盆牵引＋硬封＋手法是保守疗法中的最佳方案，强调对该病的诊断仍应着眼于详细的病史和认真熟练的物理检查及Ｘ线检查。治疗上应重视对非间盘源性腰神经通道卡压征的处理。

From February 1987 to December 1992.a total of 255 cases of Lumber intervertebral disc Protrusion received a system of progressive treatment,following up for an average of 3 years and 5 months.The system of treatment can be classified into two steps.The first step consisted of synthelical method of therapies combining traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with Western medicine(197 cases).Among them ,the results showed excellent and good results respectively in 71.42% in the group of the injection of Prodnisolone into epidual Lumen (IPEL) and maneuver therapy .86.66%in the group of Pelvis traction .IPEL and maneuver therapy .91.25% in the group of the pelvis traction.IPEL,maneuver therapy and traditional Chinese herb medicine .A total of 58 cases had poor results following the treatment with first were treated with the second step by operation.Excellent and good results were obtained in 54(93.10%).The authors considered that the best method was combined with pelvis traction. IPEL and maneuver therapy in the non-operation therapy, emphasized the diagnosis should be depended upon the detail history.acquired in proficiency physical check-up and X-ray examination seriously,The management of Non-intervertebral disc-protrusion Lumbar Neural root entrapment should be important in the treatment.
