运动、锌缺乏对小鼠免疫细胞功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 观察了运动、锌缺乏对小鼠免疫细胞功能的影响。结果表明锌缺乏和限制进食会损伤淋巴细胞对ConA的增殖反应和IL-2分泌水平,运动会加重这种损伤作用;运动和饥饿诱导肝脏MT增加,但在锌缺乏和饥饿时运动对MT的诱导作用被掩盖;补锌能部分恢复受损的免疫细胞功能。 male C57/BL/6 mice were divided into 3 groups, mice group 1 were fed zincdeficient diet containing 5 ppm zinc, mice in group 2 were pair-fed and mice in group 3 were fed ad libitum a zinc-adequate diet containing 80 ppm zinc. For each group , mice were divided into exercise and sedentary subgroups. The exercising mice swam for 5 weeks(one hour /day and 6 days/week). Then, the mice in group1 were fed ad libitum the zinc-adequate diet containing 80 ppm zinc for one week. The results showed that zinc-deficient diet and food restriction were harmful to T cell function. The exercise exacerbated the damages caused by zinc-deficient diet and food restric tion. The hunger and exercise induced the liver MT expression. The inducing effect of exercise might be counteracted by zinc deficient and hungry status. The zinc repletion only partly repaired the damage of immune function caused by zinc deficiency and completely improved the zinc-deficient status.
