关联性负变（CNV）遗传力探讨

A STUDY OF HERITABILITY OF CONTINGENTNEGATIVE VARIATION (CNV)

用双生儿法对８对双生儿作了卵性鉴别，测定了安静状态下的ＣＮＶ，将所得数据按专门的公式计算了遗传力。单卵双生儿的计算结果：波幅为７８．０８％，面积为９２．７２％。结果提示ＣＮＶ的波幅、面积特征主要受遗传因素的影响，可考虑作为选材指标。

The significant difference of Contingent Negative Variation among the athletes in different events and in different training levels were observed. In this paper the heritability of CNV was studied by the application of twin method. 8 pairs of twins were selected as subjects in this work. 5 pairs are monozygotic twins(MZ), 3 pairs are dizygotic twins(DZ). The CNV of these twins at rest were recorded. The results were as follows,There were no significant differences of either the amplitude or area of CNV between the two members within each pair of twins. In order to find out the heritability of CNV,the twins , intrapair variance, interpair variance, intraclass correlation(r) and heritability (h2) by special formulas were calculated. The h2(MZ) of amplitude of CNV was 78.07%;the h2(MZ) of area of CNV was 92.72%. These results indicated that heredity is the main factor which affects the CNV. We might use the amplitude and area of CNV as quantitative indexes in the selection of shooters and archers.
