摘要
介绍了用Philips半导体公司推出的51LPC系列单片机P87LPC768设计的PWM方式直流电机调速控制器,详细地论述控制器的组成、控制原理和硬件与软件的设计,并设计了完善的故障保护电路:即利用单片机对系统实时监控,在系统过压、欠压、过载、超速等故障状态时发出报警信号,控制故障保护功能电路动作,实现系统的保护.该系统已应用于1~2 kW的直流电机调速系统中,实验结果表明系统动态性能好、控制精度高、结构简单、调速性能可靠,作为产品进行开发,具有性能价格比高的优点.
A DC motor PWM speed controller with Philips semiconductor 51LPC series single chip computer P87LPC768 is presented. This text introduces the system composition, designs of control principle, hardware and software of the argumentation, and the troublesaving circuit is designed. By using single chip to monitor the system in realtime and send out the alarm signal with system excessive pressure, owing keeping, overload, trouble stating of overspeed etc. It also controls the protection that the trouble protected the circuit movement implementation system of the function. A 1~2 kW DC motor speed regulation system based on the PWM speed regulation actuator is implemented. The experiment results indicate that the system has both good dynamic and good static perforates, it has a simple structure and reliable speed regulation capability. It has advantage of high performance-cost ratio.
