摘要
ADSP Tiger SHARC系列是AD公司最新推出的高性能定/浮点数字信号处理器。本文结合ST公司的FL ASH存储器SST39VF0 4 0 ,介绍Tiger SHARC TS10 1对FL ASH存储器的操作方法,设计了TS10 1与FL ASH存储器之间的接口电路和有关软件编程。他可以在ADI公司提供的集成开发环境Visual DSP下,通过JTAG接口实现对FL ASH存储器的读写访问;或者实现在TS10 1执行程序过程中对FL ASH存储器进行直接访问。
ADSP Tiger SHARC is the latest highperformance fixed/floating DSP series which are produced by AD Inc. An operational method of ADSP-TS101 Tiger SHARC to FLASH memory is presented. The interface circuit and its related program are also designed. Under the software development environment of the VisualDSP, FLASH memory can be directly programmed and read by DSP through the JTAG port, and in addition, it may also be accessed in the process of TS101 working through DMA.
