非典型脊柱结核误诊脊柱肿瘤19例术后分析

A analysis of misdiagnosis of atypical spinal tuberculosis as spinal tumour-areport of 19 cases

目的 探讨非典型脊柱结核误诊脊柱肿瘤的原因。方法 对误诊脊柱肿瘤的 1 9例非典型脊柱结核患者的临床表现 ,病史采集 ,影像学及实验室检查特点进行回顾性分析。结果 由于本组病例临床表现的不典型 ,采集病史的不详细 ,对影像学检查的误区及实验室检查的非特异性 ,使本组 1 9例非典型脊柱结核患者误诊为脊柱肿瘤。结论 只有正确认识非典型脊柱结核的临床表现 ,认真仔细的采集病史 ,提高自身对影像学知识的学习 ,充分了解非典型脊柱结核实验室检查的特点 ,才能减少误诊的发生。

Objective To analysis the reason of misdiagnosis of atypical spinal tuberculosis as spinal tumour.Methods Nineteen cases that misdiagnosed the atypical spinal tuberculosis as the spinal tumour were reviewed.The content of reviewed involved clinical appearance,history inquiring,features of radiographic and laboratory findings.Results Atypical clinical appearance,partial history inquiring,lacking of idiosyncrasy in radiographic and laboratory findings were the reasons of misdiagnosis in this series.Conclusion It is emphasized that clear cognizing the clinical appearance of typical spinal tuberculosis,careful inquiring medical history and studying the knowledge of radiographic and laboratory features of spinal tuberculosis are beneficial to reduce misdiagnosis of this disease.
