摘要
本文研究钙通道阻断剂、抗氧化剂对运动性骨骼肌结构、机能的影响。结果发现,由于抗氧化作用,维生素E不仅减轻线粒体钙聚积和脂质过氧化反应,而且可以促进ATP的再生成,并降低Z线异常百分数。异搏定对提高骨骼肌代谢机能和降低Z线异常百分数均无良好作用。结果进一步证实骨骼肌线粒体钙聚积、脂质过氧化加强,抑制ATP生成可能是运动性骨骼肌疲劳和超微结构变化的重要原因。
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of calcium channel blocking and antioxidative agents on the metabolism and ultrastructures of skeletal muscle. It was found that, owing to the antioxidation of Vitamin E, there was not only a significant decrease of Mit Ca accumulation and MDA values, but also a significant increase of ATP content in Vit.E group as campared with the control group 24h after exercise.Vitamin E also helped to reduce the percentage of exercise-induced abnormal Z-band. However, Verapamil neither improved significantly the metabolic function of skeletal muscle, nor reduced the percentage of abnormal Z-band. The results showed that by reducing the Mit Ca accumulation and the effect of LIPOX through injection of Vitamin E, production of ATP was accelerated, the ultrastructural changes of skeletal muscle greatly reduced.It indicated that the Mit Ca accumulation, the LIPOX strengthening, which inhibited the producticn of ATP, might be the major causes of exercise-induced fatigue and ultrastructural change of skeletal muscles.
