游泳训练对小鼠巨噬细胞功能影响的实验研究 被引量:15

摘要 对游泳训练3个月的C_(57)B L/6小鼠巨噬细胞功能进行了研究。结果每日运动30分钟组巨噬细胞吞噬功能和抑瘤活性增强,运动60分钟组巨噬细胞IL-1分泌水平和吞噬功能增高,运动120分钟组的巨噬细胞IL-1分泌水平和吞噬功能则明显降低。提示不同运动量的运动训练引起巨噬细胞功能变化有差异,适量运动可以增强巨噬细胞功能,过大的运动则对巨噬细胞功能有损害或抑制作用。 Forty female 8-week-old C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. i.e. controls, swimming 30, 60 and 120 minute/each day groups respectively. The effect of swimming training on the function of peritoneal macrophage in the mice ( PMM ) was studied. Phagocytic activity of PMM significantly increased in both 30 and 60 minute groups, while it decreased in 120 minute group. IL-1 production induced by LPS increased in 60 minute group but decreased in 120 minute group. Tumor-cytostatic activity increased in 30 minute group, no change in other groups. The results showed that the changes of PMM function after swimming training varied with the leagth of training duration. Regular and moderate exercise training may promote PMM function. Overtraining may damage or inhibit PMM function.
