湖北十堰市是我国南水北调中线工程的核心水源区和大坝加高工程所在地,工程建设将使十堰在国家水资源安全战略中的地位更加突出,同时对十堰市社会经济的发展将产生深远影响;对十堰市的林业生态建设、资源保护和生态移民等问题进行探讨。

Shiyan City in Hubei Province is the key water source district as well as the location of dam heightened engineering.The engineering construction will make Shiyan to be a critical place on national water source safety.At the same time,deep impcat will also be put on the social and economic development of Shiyan City.This paper explores the ecological forestry construction,resources protection and ecological resettlement etc in Shiyan City.
