摘要
我国股份制林场诞生至今,历经了十几个春秋,由于种种原因,其发展壮大受到制约;通过对湖南江冲村股份制林场的调查,分析了管护型股份制林场发展的制约因素,并提出建议。
Since the birth of shareholding forest farm in our country,ten and more years has passed.But,due to various reasons,its development and expansion have suffered from restrictions.Through the investigation to Jiangchong Village shareholding forest farm ,the restricting factors for tending-type sharehlding forest farm developmentare analyzed and then the suggestions are advanced.
