补肾通络疏肝方治疗勃起功能障碍的临床研究

The clinical study of BuShen TongLuo Fang in treatment of impotence

目的 临床验证补肾通络疏肝方对勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。 方法 采用随机研究方法,81 例勃起功能障碍病人,41例服用补肾通络疏肝方,40例服用对照药物,30 d后观察疗效及年龄、病程、病情轻重与疗效的关系。 结果 补肾通络疏肝方对功能性勃起功能障碍的临床有效率为80 49%,尤其对轻度病人效果明显,明显优于对照组。 结论 补肾通络疏肝方是目前临床治疗勃起功能障碍,尤其是功能性勃起功能障碍的有效药物。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of BuShen TongLuo Fang in treatment of impotence Methods The randomized controlled study was conducted in 81 patients with impotence They were divided to receive BuShen TongLuo Fang( n =41) or contrast ( n =40) for 4 weeks, and the efficacy and the relationship between efficacy and age,course and disease were observed Results A total effective rate of 80 49% was obtained which was significantly higher than that of contrast Conclusion Results of this study suggested that BuShen TongLuo Fang is effective for treatment of impotence
