摘要
血管内支架植入术后近期可以获得理想的血液再灌注 ,但 3 0 %～ 40 %患者术后发生血管再狭窄 ,并需要选择其他介入治疗方法。本文介绍目前血管再狭窄各种治疗方法、存在问题及发展 ,旨在提高对血管再狭窄的防治水平。
Despite excellent instant reperfusion results, 3 0% t o 40% of patients underwent vascular stent implantation will develop instent res tenosis and may require additional treatments. Strategies of interventional ther apy for stent-related restenosis were rewiewed in this article to serve in clin ical practice as the preventive of restenosis.[
