Bi-Ostetic^(TM)人工骨粒修复四肢骨缺损

摘要 目的 Bi-OsteticTM人工骨粒为羟基磷灰石(HAP)与磷酸钙(TCP)混合人工骨材料,观察Bi-OsteticTM人工骨粒修复四肢骨缺损临床疗效及不良反应。方法 2004年1月-2004年4月对12例12处骨缺损进行修复,年龄20-59岁,平均39岁。骨缺损范围为0.4cm×1cm-1cm×5cm。缺损的部位累及股骨、胫骨、肱骨、掌骨、锁骨。手术显露骨缺损部位后,修整骨断端,重新更换内固定物后,植入Bi-OsteticTM人工骨粒。结果 手术均获成功,术后随访4-7个月,平均为5个月。全部患者未见任何不良的全身反应及局部反应,X线片显示Bi-OsteticTM人工骨粒与受区骨愈合良好,12例术后测定血钙、磷值无明显升高。结论Bi-OsteticTM人工骨粒适用于四肢骨缺损修复。 Objective To evaluate the clinical results and ill effects of Bi-Ostetic?which is a combined artificial bone graft by the non-ceramic Hydroxyapatite (HAP) and Tribasic Calcium Phosphate (TCP) in the reconstruction of bone defect of all extremities. Method 12 cases of bone defect were treated with Bi-OsteticTMfrom 2004.1 to 2004.4. The mean age was 39 (range 20-59). The dimension of bone defect ranged from 0.4cm×1.0cm to 1.0cm×5.0cm including femur, tibia, humerus, metacarpal bone and col-larbone. Bi-Ostetic?is used as a bone graft after exposure, fitting the fracture site and changes the internai fixation. Result The mean follow-up was 5 months (range 4-7 months). There were no general and local ill effects in all patients. Postoperative X-ray demonstrate direct union of Bi-Ostetic?and receptacle bone, there was no Hypercalcemia and Hyperphosphatemia in all 12 patients. Conclusion Bi-Ostetic?is an ideal artificial bone graft in the reconstruction of bone defect.
