The Operation Treatment for Severe AC-Joint Dislocation By AC Hook Plate

目的 评估AO肩锁钢板钩治疗重型肩锁关节脱位的手术疗效。方法 回顾性分析两年来27例手术病人的手术治疗和疗效。结果 手术方法符合生理结构,手术时间平均30分钟,内固定牢靠。根据Murley和Constant评分,优良率94％。结论 AO肩锁钢板钩治疗重型肩锁关节脱位,手术方法简单,疗效可靠,允许病人术后早期功能锻炼。

Objective To present AC hook plate operation for severe AC-joint dislocation with clinical result. Methods To investigate the two years follow-up of 27 clinical cases. Results The operation fits to anatomy structure with average operation time in 30 min. The fixatibn is stable. According to Murley and Constant score the excellent and good rate was 94%. Conclusion AC hook plate operation is a practical method for severe AC-joint dislocation with reliable result. The patient is allowed for early mobilization immediately after operation.
