AO锁定加压钢板在四肢骨折的临床应用

Clinical study of the LCP application of the treatment of comminuted fractures of the long bone in the extremities limbs

目的 探讨LCP在四肢骨折的应用效果。 方法 采用LCP治疗四肢骨折36例。 结果 经随访6月-11月,骨折全部愈合,伤口浅表感染3例。1例术后松动进行了再手术。结论 锁定加压钢板系统设计合理,手术操作简单、安全,LCP对于四肢骨折是一个较好的选择。

Objective To investigate the effects of the locking compression plate (LCP) in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the long bone in the extremities limbs. Methods Thirty-six cases of comminuted fractures of the long bone in the extremities limbs were treated with the LCP. Results All patients were followed up from 6 months to 11 months. All cases were healed at one stage with union rate of 100%. Superficial infection were found in 3 cases. Revision surgery was performed in Icase after first operation l week. Conclusion The LCP is good choice for in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the long bone in the extremities limbs.
