摘要
本文对过氧化氢用于不同硬度碱法麦草浆的脱木质素和漂白作了研究,找出了其小的影响因素,发现麦草浆经硫酸或某些螯合剂预处理后,有40%~50%的残余木质素可以在碱性过气化氢溶液中溶出。过氧化氢与次氯酸盐结合起来采用E_pHP漂白程序,可以把麦草浆漂到80%的白度,可替代常规的CEH漂程,而且漂内浆质量优于CEH漂白浆,漂白废水污染负荷降低。
Hydrogen peroxide delignification and bleaching of the wheat straw pulps with different hardness were studied and the affecting factors were investigated in this paper. It's shown that 40 %-50% of the residual lignins in the wheat straw pullps can be removed out in alkaline peroxide solution. The wheat straw pulps can be bleached to 80% brightness by using EPHP bleaching sequence that can replace the conventional CEH sequence. Moreover, the quality of the pulp bleached by EpHP sequence is better than that by CEH sequence, meanwhile the pollution load of the bleaching effluent of the former is lower.
