劈开耻骨联合切除骨盆壁及盆腔内巨大肿瘤

目的介绍一种针对盆腔内或骨盆壁巨大肿瘤切除剥离困难时将耻骨联合劈开撑大盆腔的手术方法.方法2001年9月～2003年12月,9例生长在盆腔及腹腔或骨盆壁的巨大肿瘤,采用劈开耻骨联合及临时性阻断腹主动脉的方法,完成肿瘤切除术.结果 9例病人均达到切除肿瘤保全肢体和生命的目的,取得较好的效果.结论对于生长在盆腔或骨盆壁上的巨大低度恶性肿瘤,可采用劈开耻骨联合,临时性阻断局部血运的方法切除难以剥离和切除的肿瘤.

Objective An operation method was presented for those massive low-degree malignant tumors in the pelvic cavity. Methods On the pelvic wall, which including chopping the syphilis ossium pubis to enlarge the pelvic cavity and blocking transiently the blood flow of the abdominal aorta. Results and conclusion Nine cases were treated with the operation between September 2001 and December 2003. All of the patients obtained a good result besides a case that suffered from a leg fascia chamber syndrome because the time of the aorta block was too long.
