摘要
目的提高股骨骨折手术成功的几率,减少并发症的发生.方法临床上股骨干骨折术后出现并发症的29例病人进行分析,包括关节僵硬,感染,骨延迟愈合、骨不连,断钉、断板、弯曲松动退出、畸形愈合短缩等,采取不同方法进行积极二次治疗.结果 29例病人经二次治疗,临床均获治愈,经过6月~3年的观察,无再次并发症发生.结论骨折断端的血运保护、可靠固定如交锁钉、一期植骨是防止股骨干骨折并发症的重要措施.
Objective In order to obtain the best effect and decrease complication of treating the fracture of the femoral shaft. Methods Femoral shaft fracture is very often main musculo-skeletal injury in polytrauma patient. 29 cases happened complication, include in non-union, delayed union, infection, breakage of nail or plate and mal-union. Each case was treated with different methods. Results Through 6 to 36 months followed up, all complications after treatment are healed, the functions of lower limb were recovered and no complication happened. Conclusion keep blood supply, remain stability of internal fixation such as locking nail, early bone transplant in fracture place are well view which prevent to complication in femoral shaft fracture.
