腰椎间盘突出症的微创治疗

目的探讨3种腰椎间盘微创治疗的方法及疗效.方法对53例腰椎间盘突出症采用胶原酶注射、经皮穿刺激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)、经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术(PLD)等不同治疗方法,观察其疗效.结果术后3~12月随访,总优良率91%.结论根据各自的适应症及个体化因素选择治疗方法,疗效肯定,且微创治疗安全、不破坏脊柱的稳定、痛苦小,住院时间短,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the 3 methods and effects of lumbar dics herniation with micro-operation. Methods 53 cases lumber disc herniatio treat method adopts the collagen enzyme, PLDD, PLD, observe the curative effect. Results Follow time 3~12 months after operation, total excellent rate is 91%. Conclusion Choose the treatment method according to one's own indication and individual factor in conclusion, curative effect definite, and is a little created and treated safely, stability, agony not destroying the backbone are little, hospital stays are short, worth popularizing .
