摘要 从涂布过程要求张力和速度复合稳定可调等实际出发,设计并研制了一套采用多台MCS-8098十六位单片微机控制的涂布机张力控制系统。文中着重介绍了该系统的结构布局,各被控参数的控制回路及工作原理,通用的MCS-8098单片机系统的硬件结构,以及相应的控制软件和抗干扰措施等。 A tension control system for coater, which uses several MCS-8098 single Chip Microcomputers,has been developed on the basis of request of stable regulation in both tension and speed in coating process, this paper gives the system architecture and layout control principle of controlled pararmeters,the hardware structure of common Chip-Microcomputer system and corresponding software. Some measures against disturbances are presented also. The system has been used in Gaoyou Aluminum Foil Paper Mill and it is shown that the control system is running well and produces remarkable profit.
