摘要
目的:探讨术中超声在神经外科术中的应用价值。方法:对113例神经外科患者进行术中实时超声监测。结果: 113例患者的颅内病灶除1例因脊髓蛛网膜血肿吸收而未被超声探及外, 112例均在超声引导下予以切除。术后无1例患者发生颅内感染,亦未发生任何并发症。结论:术中超声引导是安全、有效的肿瘤定位方法,它的作用不但体现在可以大大缩短手术时间,更为重要的是能减小不必要的正常脑组织损伤,具有较大的临床应用价值。
Objective and Methods: To explore the value of ultrasound-guided in the 113 cases neurosurgery operation. Results: The all of 113 cases encephalic focuses were detected by ultrasound except one case of spinal arachnoid hematoma was missed because of absorbed. No infection and complication occurred. Conculsions: With intraoperation ultrasound-guided in neurosurgery, we may shorten operation time, reduce normal brain’s trauma. It is safe and effective and may enjoy wider clinical applications in neurosurgery operation.
