焦化厂废水中氰化物的测定——异烟酸-巴比妥酸分光光度法

摘要 本法以硝酸银沉淀分离废水中氰化物,再用蒸馏法预处理,以1%氢氧化钠溶液吸收,在pH为5.60~6.02时,用异烟酸-巴比妥酸为显色剂,在室温下显色,线性范围为0~19μg/10ml,最低检出浓度为4.0mg/l。 By means of AgNO_3 precipitation, cyanides in the waste water from coking plants are separated. The precipitation is then subjected to distillation and the HCN emitted is absorbed with 10% NaOH solution. Spectrophotometric determination of cyanides is carried out at PH 5.6-6.02 with insonieoinic acid and barbituric acid as coloration agents at room temperatre. Linearity of the working curve remains acceptable in the range 0-19μg/10ml and the lower limit of detection is found to be 4.0μg/l.
